The Tafoukt Palace (“Sun Palace” in Berberian language), is made of 2 Riads in the middle of a real garden of Eden.Situated in Taroudant in south of Marocco for a relaxing and removing stay. You will appreciate the oriental atmosphere at the edge of a huge ornamental pond reflecting the Riad, in the flower gardens of gorgeous perfumes, in the “patios” where fountains babble or on the “terrasse” facing the Atlas Mountains. The pictures do not do it justice – the exceptional flora and fauna in its gardens, the traditional Moroccan architecture and deco of the house, the stunning views from the terrace and the peace you will enjoy while here are truly exceptional. The pool also provides hours of fun (for kids) and/or tranquility (for adults) under the Moroccan sun. Although tucked away in a peaceful corner, the villa is also a short drive away from the Taroudant city centre where we can explore the city’s historic spots, and the souk (local market) for produce and local specialties. The staff are also an integral part of making our stay a dream holiday – from transportation throughout our stay, organization of our activities such as horse carriage rides and massages, to keeping the villa in spick and span condition throughout our stay. To top it off, the kitchen staff has also spoilt us with remarkable, authentic Moroccan dishes everyday ! Dar Tafoukt provided us with a marvellous holiday experience in Morocco ! ”
