Everything is homemade every morning, by the Palais cook. The menus are created with local and seasonal products (spices, fruits and vegetables, etc.). Possibility of vegetarian meals.

Colorful, tasty, enhanced by argan oil, an anthology of raw or cooked vegetables.
Juicy fruits
pressed in the morning with the fruits from the garden : grapefruits, oranges, mandarins
Bread and pancakes
Freshly done, at breakfast, the bread (Kesra) and the moroccan pancakes (Beghrir), served with Atlas honey, argan oil and olive oil.
Pic-Nic
among orange and olive trees (service on request)
